Many of us take a good nights' sleep for granted. We sleep peacefully through the night, unaware that up to 10% of the adult population has their sleep disrupted by repeated episodes of upper airway collapse, otherwise known as OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA or OSA.
We all know when we have a great night of sleep and when we don't. Persistent poor sleep needs to be addressed as it can affect our quality of life, day to day function plus have an impact on our relationships and health.
